On Tuesday morning, 17/4/2018, the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala held elections to select a representative of the Association of Academicians in the College who cares and defends the rights of professors and follows up their scientific and professional affairs. The election was opened to the audience . The academicians in the College gave their votes which nominated Dr. Abdul Bari M. Mahoud to be the representative of the Association of Academics.

  Respected dean of the College Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al – Khazali

: attended the election and began the session by saying

“I am so pleased that our college has taken this initiative and elected a representative of academics from the university professors. We also congratulate the person who will assume these tasks after his election by the majority and we will provide him with the possible support”.

  Dr. Munir al-Da’ami, representative of the academic union in the holy Karbala Governorate ,  attended the election who said:

  ‘I would like to thank the Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Karbala University and professors of the college for their active and distinguished role to success this democratic experiment.

It is worth noting that Dr. Mahoud is a distinguished and experimented professor and has a wide popularity among academics.

In the latter , all the academics congratulated him and wished more and more success.
