College of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled Diminishing Financing Partnership in Islamic Banks, submitted by Muhammad Hussein Ali.
The study aims at demonstrating a new financing method based on Islamic bank providing financing requested by its client (partner) in a project with expected income.
The study concludes that there is no legal regulation for diminishing financial partnership in Iraqi legislation, and that a simple reference to partnership as a means of attracting funds is sufficient in Article (2) of Islamic Bank Law No. (3) of 2015.
