College of Pharmacy Organizes a Training Course on Administrative and Legal Correspondence
The College of Pharmacy at the University of Kerbala held a developmental course titled “Administrative and Legal Correspondence”. The event was attended by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Rasool, the Administrative Affairs Associate Dean, Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas Rokan, along with heads and coordinators of academic departments, and administrative unit managers.
The course was delivered by Dr. Qaisar Al-Moanes and covered key topics, including the proper drafting of official documents according to established standards for communication with external institutions and within the organization. It also explained the concept of unequivocal correspondence, the formulation of administrative documents, the legal implications of such correspondence, administrative archiving, and procedures for disposing of administrative records.
The course aimed to enhance participants’ administrative writing skills, improving their ability to draft precise and effective official correspondence. This effort seeks to raise the quality of administrative communication within institutions and foster more efficient information exchange.
The first day concluded with recommendations emphasizing the importance of clarity, precision, and professionalism in administrative correspondence to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
