University of Kerbala College of Pharmacy Conducts Laboratory Training Exam for Fifth-Year Students
The College of Pharmacy at the University of Kerbala conducted a laboratory training exam for fifth-year students, under the supervision of the course instructor, Professor Dr. Hadeel Khalaf Mohammed. The exam was carried out smoothly after the students completed their practical training in laboratories at various hospitals and health centers.
The aim of this training is to enhance students’ capabilities through hands-on practice that reflects the real-world application of their scientific field. The training also contributes to reinforcing the practical application of theoretical knowledge, helping solidify it throughout their academic journey.
The training included various skills, such as blood collection using different methods and its analysis, conducting body fluid tests, preparing tissue slides, isolating and staining microorganisms, and performing biochemical tests like glucose, lipid, and hormone testing. These exercises are designed to equip students with technical and professional expertise in line with the latest developments in the field, applying them academically and methodically.
It is worth noting that the Laboratory Training course is a key graduation requirement for scientific colleges, providing students with a general understanding of working in government institutions and preparing them to serve the community with professionalism and efficiency.
