The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the winners of the second edition of the Higher Education Reading Award for 2024.
In his speech during the award ceremony, he emphasized that the initiative, adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the second consecutive year, has provided a broad platform for reflection and reinforcing public cultural frameworks. This shift would enhance the practical value of university degrees by addressing societal challenges and risks, producing impactful solutions, and streamlining efforts and time in problem-solving.
