Faculty Member from the University of Kerbala Participates in a Scientific Forum on Iraqi Research Centers

Dr. Khalid Al-Ardawi, a faculty member from the College of Law at the University of Kerbala, participated in the First Scientific Forum organized under the theme “The Role of Research Centers in Serving Society: Reality, Activation Mechanisms, and Impact.” The event was hosted by the Center for Studies and Research at Al-Imam Al-Kadhim University for Islamic Sciences in Baghdad.

Dr. Al-Ardawi presented a research paper titled “Why Do Iraqi Research Centers Fail to Fulfill Their Role in State and Society Building?” and participated in an open discussion session on the topic.

The forum aimed to shed light on the vital role of research centers in serving society and decision-makers, as well as the obstacles and challenges hindering their performance in Iraq, both within and beyond the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
