Signing of 100 Memorandums of Understanding Between Iraqi and Iranian Universities to Enhance Scientific Cooperation

Iraqi and Iranian universities have signed 100 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to enhance scientific cooperation as part of the Science Week currently taking place in Karbala.

The MoUs include strengthening scientific exchange in various scientific and technological disciplines, organizing joint training programs for students and faculty, exchanging academic expertise in research, and fostering cooperation in modern technology and innovation. The agreements also focus on practical applications that contribute to the development of economic and scientific sectors, as well as the establishment of science and technology parks in Iraqi universities.

The universities of both countries have agreed to implement joint research projects, encourage collaboration in co-supervision of academic work, update curricula, and exchange scholarships.
