University of Kerbala Organizes Cultural Seminar on Leadership and Management in the Thought of Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him)

The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Kerbala held a cultural seminar titled “Leadership and Management in the Thought of Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him).” The seminar was presented by Dr. Karima Nomas Al-Madani and Ms. Rasha Abdul-Abbas.

The seminar aimed to explore the leadership qualities embodied by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and to highlight the key traits of an effective leader.

Discussions during the seminar focused on the various types of leadership reflected in the personality of Imam Ali, including creative, charismatic, and transformational leadership styles, among others.
