College of Pharmacy Participates in a Scouting Trip to Lake Razzaza
A group of faculty members and students from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Kerbala participated in a scouting trip to Lake Razzaza, organized by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The event saw the participation of hundreds of students and faculty members from the University of Kerbala, Ahlulbait University, and Al-Safwa University College, forming a total of 34 scouting teams.
The trip aimed to achieve several developmental goals for the participating youth, fostering brotherly bonds, strengthening social connections, and enhancing their intellectual capabilities and knowledge. It also emphasized environmental awareness, physical fitness, talent discovery, and refinement, while promoting volunteerism and social responsibility.
The scouting trip featured a variety of activities, including an inter-college competition where teams engaged in trail tracking by identifying pre-set markers placed by the scouting team. Additionally, participants took part in endurance-based scouting exercises and volunteer environmental initiatives, such as planting saplings and conducting a large-scale cleanup campaign along the shores of Lake Razzaza.
