The Governor of Karbala, M.r. Nassif Jassem Al-Khattabi, held with the President of Kerbala University, Prof.Dr Bassem Khalil Al-Saidi, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof  Dr. Ahmed Salih Sahib Al Khezaly,and the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nuri Al-Jashamy. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mr. Taha Abbas Al-Zubaidi

During the meeting, they discussed the governorate’s support for the university in establishing a number of projects that increase the university’s absorptive capacity and which ensure the possibility of transferring students from various universities in other governorates to the University of Karbala.

The Governor stressed his continuous support for the University of Karbala, as it is one of the important institutions in the governorate, as well as being the advisory body for the governorate

From another side, the President of the University and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy indicated that the projects carried out by the province, especially in the College of Pharmacy and Dentistry, have been significantly increased in capacity to ensure the transfer of students from the provinces to the University of Karbala.
