University of Kerbala Launches its Third International Human Science Conference
College of Education for Human Science / University of Kerbala, in cooperation with Hilla University College, has organized its third international scientific conference, with participation of a group of academics and researchers from inside and outside Iraq.
The conference aims at exchanging academic and scientific experiences between researchers inside and outside Iraq, activating the role of scientific institutions to advance scientific reality, diagnosing challenges facing progress, and providing researchers with opportunity to present their scientific products in a way that serves scientific process.
The conference includes participation of more than (70) papers that deal with various topics in Arabic, English linguistic and literary studies, historical, cultural, and Islamic studies.
President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile , says that this conference would raise level of research and cognitive development, in addition to its role in addressing many issues and phenomena facing society.
Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile calls for intensifying scientific efforts that would raise level of the University, achieve the highest levels of scientific quality, and provide solutions to problems facing society.
For his part, Dean of College of Education for Human Science, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid, states that society faces many challenges that must be paid attention to and address in a scientific manner through the research and studies provided by these conferences, explaining that the current conference took it upon itself to pay attention to humanitarian and scientific issues and confront contemporary challenges.
