During a visit to Diyala Governorate, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi inaugurated the Technical College affiliated with the Middle Technical University in Baqubah in preparation for the academic year 2024/2025.
Dr. Al-Aboudi stressed the continuation of supporting and developing technical universities and strengthening their importance in providing various technical specializations and study programs that are compatible with the rapid changes in the labor market and the needs of private and public sector institutions.
His Excellency toured the Technical Institute in Baqubah, as well as reviewing the preparations for the new academic year and receiving students by providing an appropriate educational environment from classrooms, laboratories and dormitories.
It is worth to be mentioned that the tour was accompanied by a number of members of Iraqi Parliament, university presidents and Dean of Iraqi Academics.
