University of Kerbala Organizes a Scientific Workshop on Social Awareness and Its Impact on Environmental Conservation
The Environmental and Renewable Energy Research Center at the University of Kerbala, in cooperation with the Genetic Blood Disorders Center of the Kerbala Health Directorate, organized a scientific training workshop on social awareness and its impact on environmental conservation and human health.
The workshop, hosted by the College of Law, included three lectures. The first lecture, titled “Environmental Awareness and Its Role in Environmental Conservation and Pollution Resistance,” was presented by Dr. Safaa Al-Burqaawi, Director of the Environmental and Renewable Energy Research Center at the University of Kerbala.
The second lecture focused on “Genetic Blood Disorders and Their Impact on Human Health, the Need for Enhanced Social Awareness, and Prevention Methods,” delivered by Dr. Hassan Al-Jubouri, Director of the Genetic Blood Disorders Center at the Kerbala Health Directorate.
The third lecture, titled “The Gut Microbiome: The Hidden Code and the Key to the Body’s Health Balance,” was presented by researcher Huda Mohammed Saleh from the Kerbala Environmental and Renewable Energy Research Center.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of environmental awareness and encourage participants to engage in promoting environmentally friendly practices.
