Master’s Thesis at the University of Kerbala Discusses the Role of Organizational Wisdom in Reducing Counterproductive Work Behaviors
A master’s thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kerbala, examined the role of organizational wisdom in reducing counterproductive work behaviors: an analytical exploratory study based on the views of a sample of employees from the General Directorate of Education in Babylon, by student Ali Suhail Ubaid.
The thesis aimed to study the absorptive capacity gap in selected economies for the period (2004-2022), addressing several key points. The first point clarified the conceptual framework for understanding the variables of both monetary and fiscal policies. The second focused on economic indicators affecting absorptive capacity, while the third highlighted the primary implications of specific monetary and fiscal policy variables on certain absorptive capacity indicators.
The study concluded that fiscal policy was more effective than monetary policy in influencing absorptive capacity indicators across all sample countries’ economies.
The study recommended directing investments toward productive sectors that support the process of economic development.
