A Master’s Thesis at the University of Kerbala Discusses the Narrations of the Great Scholar Sheikh Abu Ali Al-Ash’ari
A master’s thesis at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Kerbala examined Sheikh Abu Ali Al-Ash’ari and his narrations in the book Al-Kafi by Sheikh Al-Kulaini, presented by student Noura Adnan Qahtan.
The thesis aimed to shed light on the prominent scholar and narrator Sheikh Abu Ali Al-Ash’ari, one of the notable figures of the 3rd and 4th centuries AH, who passed away in 306 AH.
The study concluded that Sheikh Ahmad bin Idris bin Zakariya bin Tahman Al-Qummi, known as Abu Ali Al-Ash’ari, was one of the leading jurists and narrators of Shia Imami thought, highly praised and trusted by scholars.
