University of Kerbala Participates in a Panel Discussion on the Draft Law for the Federal Union Council

The College of Law at the University of Kerbala participated in a panel discussion on the draft law for the Federal Union Council, held in Baghdad under the patronage of the Prime Minister.

The event was attended by Dr. Ishraq Sabah, Head of the Private Law Department at the college, along with Dr. Nouri Rashid, Dr. Abeer Nouri, and a number of legal specialists and experts from various universities to discuss the draft of the law.

The panel aimed to introduce the project, which represents a modern concept similar to a Senate, proposed as part of the formation of the House of Representatives.
