The Ministry of Higher Education Extends the Electronic Application Deadline for Private Universities and Reopens the Free Scholarship Portal

In response to students’ appeals, particularly those who passed the third round of the preparatory exams, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has decided to extend the centralized electronic application period for admission to private universities and colleges. Additionally, the ministry will reopen the application portal for the free scholarship program designated for medical group colleges.

According to the decision, the centralized electronic application deadline for admission to private universities and colleges has been extended until November 22, 2024. Meanwhile, the application portal for the free scholarship program for medical group colleges in private universities and colleges for the 2024/2025 academic year will remain open until the evening of Sunday, November 17, 2024.

The ministry also notifies students from the third round of the preparatory exams that they can begin applying electronically starting tomorrow, November 15, 2024.
