The Quality Assurance Division Conducts a Training Course on Performance Evaluation Using Updated Forms
The Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the College of Pharmacy organized a specialized training course on the mechanism of performance evaluation using the updated forms for the academic year 2023-2024. The course was attended by heads of scientific departments, a significant number of faculty members, and quality assurance representatives from the scientific branches.
The course, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hussein Ali Qabel, Assistant Lecturer Hams Ahmed Shehab, and Assistant Lecturer Nada Kasid Shlash, addressed several key topics, including the purpose, objectives, and strategic importance of the evaluation process, as well as explaining the evaluation regulations.
The course also reviewed the conditions and criteria governing the evaluation process to ensure accuracy and transparency. A detailed explanation of the updated evaluation forms and their guidelines was provided, along with instructions on how to use them effectively.
The training aimed to enhance a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation procedures under the new updates, ensuring high standards of quality in both academic and administrative performance.
