The lecture emphasized the importance of understanding the relationship between these hormones and adopting appropriate strategies to maintain hormonal health and prevent associated complications. The session recommended maintaining a balanced diet, regular physical activity, stress management, adequate sleep, regular medical check-ups, the use of dietary supplements when necessary, reducing exposure to environmental toxins, medical treatment when needed, and supporting mental health through increased health awareness.
