Master’s Thesis at the University of Karbala Explores Safety Assurance in Swimming Instruction Contracts
A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Karbala, examined the topic of safety assurance in swimming instruction contracts. The study was conducted by graduate student Sukaina Ali Hussein.
The research aimed to explore the concept of safety assurance in swimming instruction contracts, the legal nature of this assurance, and the stance of comparative laws on breaches of safety assurance in such contracts.
The study concluded that safety assurance is contingent upon specific conditions and does not take effect unless these conditions are met. It emphasized that the swimming instructor must be a professional trainer, with their personal qualifications being a critical consideration in the swimming instruction contract.
