University of Karbala Organizes Training Course on Manuscript and Document Verification

The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the verification of manuscripts and documents, led by Dr. Zaman Ubaid Wanas, Dr. Naeem Abdul Joudah, and Dr. Haider Abdul Hussein.

The course aimed to introduce students to manuscripts and documents and to train them both theoretically and practically in verification methods. It also focused on studying these materials in terms of their authors, titles, subjects, and texts.

The course included three main topics: an introduction to manuscripts and verification mechanisms, document archiving and documentation methods, and practical training on verification and document archiving.

The course concluded with significant outcomes, including equipping students with skills to verify and study texts and subjects, as well as raising their awareness of the importance of documents and how to utilize or archive them effectively.
