University of Karbala Organizes Workshop on Leadership and Strategic Planning

The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, in collaboration with the University Presidency, organized a workshop on leadership and strategic planning, presented by Professor Muhammad Jalil Abis.

The workshop aimed to prepare new hires to become active contributors to institutional development by helping them understand leadership roles and strategic planning methods that enable them to contribute to achieving the university’s goals and ensuring continued success in a dynamic work environment.

The session covered specialized management techniques for institutions, strategic planning practices, and the exploration of new methods for effective institutional management by leaders overseeing these organizations.
