University of Karbala Participates in the Third International Scientific Conference on Medical Sciences and Advanced Technologies

The College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala participated in the Third International Scientific Conference on Medical Sciences and Advanced Technologies.

The conference, organized by the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Karbala and hosted by Al-Zahrawi University College, saw the attendance of government and academic figures from several Iraqi and international universities. Dr. Sultan Karim Sultan from the College of Dentistry participated with a scientific research paper focused on using precise medical technologies to synthesize a type of bio-nanoparticles through beneficial bacteria and studying their impact on genetic patterns related to the virulence factors of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

The conference aimed to enhance scientific and knowledge-based collaboration between private and public academic institutions, exchange expertise, and explore the latest developments in medical sciences and advanced technologies, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
