A Faculty Member from the University of Kerbala Selected as a Judge for the Al-Siddiq Al-Akbar Literary Award

The University of Kerbala has announced the selection of Dr. Saeed Hameed Kadhim, a faculty member at the College of Islamic Sciences, as a member of the judging committee for the Al-Siddiq Al-Akbar Literary Award, organized by the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine.

The award attracted over 200 literary and artistic works from 12 countries, including Yemen, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, Afghanistan, Tunisia, Nigeria, and Iraq.

The award activities featured a variety of literary competitions focusing on the personality of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him). These competitions included categories such as Best Author, Theatrical Scriptwriting, Classical Poetry, Literary Novel, Arabic Calligraphy, and Short Story.
