The College of Education for Pure Sciences Organizes a Scientific Workshop on Drugs

The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Kerbala organized a scientific workshop on drugs and their impact on society. The workshop was presented by Dr. Mohammed Yahya Abdul and Professor Ayat Khalid Saghir.

The workshop aimed to highlight the effects of drugs on society, particularly among youth, while raising awareness about their types, harms, and the physical and psychological impacts on individuals.

The workshop included several key topics, such as the types of drugs, reasons for their spread, the role of families and society in combating them, as well as the contribution of media and awareness programs in addressing the issue.
