University of Kerbala Holds a Meeting for Human Rights Unit Officials in Its Colleges

The Human Rights Division at the Presidency of the University of Kerbala, in collaboration with the College of Law, held a meeting for the officials of the Human Rights Units in the university’s colleges.

The meeting aimed to discuss mechanisms and future plans for the recently established division to support and promote a culture of human rights within the university campus. This will be achieved through specialized workshops, seminars, and conferences focused on spreading and reinforcing human rights concepts at both academic and societal levels.

Ms. Hawraa Razaq, the head of the division, emphasized the importance of collaboration among the colleges and coordinating efforts to achieve the desired goals. This will contribute to embedding human rights principles as part of the university’s educational and awareness mission.
