University of Kerbala Organizes a Seminar on Legislative Solutions to Reduce the Rising Divorce Rates

The College of Law at the University of Kerbala organized a seminar on legislative solutions to address the increasing divorce rates. The seminar featured presentations by Dr. Haider Al-Shammari, Dr. Adnan Hashem Al-Sharofi, and Dr. Amer Al-Abbadi from the Family Guidance Center at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain.

The seminar discussed the causes of rising divorce rates, their impact on families and society, and the role of current legal legislations in addressing the issue. Additionally, it presented legal and reform proposals aimed at enhancing family stability and reducing separation cases.
