University of Kerbala Participates in the State Employees Development Committee Meeting Formed by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers

Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala, participated in the meeting of the State Employees Development Committee, held at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The meeting was chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul-Zahd.

The meeting discussed mechanisms for developing the State Employees Qualification Program, which aims to grant a Professional Diploma in Quality Management and Strategic Planning, with the goal of enhancing the efficiency and skills of employees across various government institutions.

Participants emphasized the importance of the program in improving administrative performance and stressed the need to expand its scope to include other specializations within colleges of administration and economics, contributing to human resource development in the public sector.

The committee approved new mechanisms to enhance the program by incorporating specialized professional studies tailored to meet the needs of government institutions, aiming for sustainable administrative development aligned with the latest academic and professional standards.
