University of Kerbala Holds a Symposium on the Legal Framework for Broadcasting Organizations’ Rights

The College of Law at the University of Kerbala held a symposium on the legal framework for the rights of broadcasting organizations, presented by Dr. Salam Abdullah Al-Nasrawi.

The symposium aimed to introduce the intellectual property rights of broadcasting organizations, both material and moral, and to explain the legal system protecting these rights, whether through procedural or legal safeguards.

It also highlighted how these organizations can protect their rights from violations and infringements, including unauthorized use of their productions, direct attacks, or piracy.
