University of Kerbala Organizes a Scientific Field Visit to Al-Imam Hussein (AS) Medical City

The College of Dentistry at the University of Kerbala organized a scientific field visit to the Radiology Department at Al-Imam Hussein (AS) Medical City in Kerbala Governorate. The visit was conducted under the patronage of the College’s Dean, and the delegation included a group of third-year students, supervised by Assistant Professor Ali Salman Abdul Amir.

The goal of the field visit was to exchange knowledge and experiences, and to introduce the students to modern radiology equipment used in the hospital, such as the CT scanner, MRI, and surface radiography.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe the functioning of radiology equipment like the CT scanner and X-ray machines (CR and DR), with practical, on-site explanations of how these devices operate. The College of Dentistry expressed its sincere gratitude to the hospital administration and staff for their support and for providing all necessary facilities to ensure the success of the field visit.
