First-Year Pharmacy Students at University of Kerbala Conduct Practical Experiment on Solutions and Filtration

First-year students at the College of Pharmacy, University of Kerbala, conducted a practical experiment titled “Solutions and Filtration” as part of their laboratory curriculum to enhance their hands-on skills in pharmaceutical laboratories.

The experiment involved filtering a solution to obtain the desired precipitate, as well as purifying a substance from impurities using different filtration techniques. Specialized faculty members supervised the experiment, explaining the scientific principles behind filtration processes and their importance in the pharmaceutical industry. The students then applied these principles practically using appropriate laboratory tools.

The aim of this experiment is to deepen students’ practical understanding and equip them with the necessary experience to handle pharmaceutical processes in the future, ultimately preparing them for careers in the field and scientific research.
