A Master’s Thesis at the University of Kerbala Discusses the Concept of “Al-Infiraj” in the Qur’an

A Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Kerbala titled “The Concept of Al-Infiraj in the Qur’an – A Thematic Study” was discussed by student Hamza Samir Mohammed Abdullah.

The thesis explored the concept of Al-Infiraj in the Qur’an from both the conceptual and semantic perspectives. The researcher emphasized that studying this concept helps in understanding the relationships and dualities that govern the conceptual and practical principles of Qur’anic terms.

The study aims to uncover the dimensions of Al-Infiraj as mentioned in the Qur’anic text according to the possible human capacity.

The significance of this research lies in its serious scholarly attempt to delve into this concept, by analyzing its multiple relationships and elucidating its meanings through a methodology based on the principle that things are understood by their opposites.
