University of Kerbala Organizes a Workshop on “Publishing Skills in Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals”

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Kerbala organized a workshop titled “Publishing Skills in Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals,” delivered by Dr. Ashwan Anwar Abdul Moneim.

The workshop covered several key topics, including the main steps and standards required for publishing in reputable scientific journals, the criteria for selecting an appropriate journal, and the proper preparation of research papers according to international academic standards. It also addressed the most common mistakes researchers make during the publication process and provided practical guidelines to enhance research quality and increase acceptance rates in peer-reviewed journals.

At the end of the session, the floor was opened for discussion and interaction, allowing participants to ask questions and exchange experiences on effective scientific publishing practices.
