For education, new ministerial orders are issued to transfer top students from state institutions to its university formations

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of forty-one new ministerial orders to transfer the services of top graduates appointed in a number of state institutions to their formations.

This procedure comes based on Article 2 of Law No. 67 of 2017 and the content of the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. 40583 on 7/16/2023 and its annex No. 54555 on 8/24/2023.

The Ministry calls on the transferees whose names are indicated below to complete the formal disengagement procedures and initiate them into the new distribution entities.
