College of Pharmacy organizes a solidarity stand in support of the Palestinian people

The Deanship of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala organized a solidarity stand in support of the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people.

The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof.Dr. Ahmed Salih Al Khezally and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas Rokan, participated in the stand.

And Mr. Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Jamal Ali Ashour

Gentlemen, heads of branches in the college, and all members and students of the college, as an expression of their denunciation and rejection of the Zionist aggression on the Palestinian territories.

And in support of the Palestinian people resisting the occupation

Participants in the solidarity stand held in front of the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy building raised Palestinian and Iraqi flags

Banners carrying phrases in support of Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif and denouncing the Zionist aggression against Palestine by stopping the crimes committed by the occupying Zionists against the Palestinian people.

For his part, the Dean of the College stated during his speech at the solidarity stand: We do not stand in solidarity with the Palestinian cause because we are its owners. Jerusalem and Palestine are our first and main cause.

He added: We wonder to the countries that call for freedom and human rights, is denying medicine to the sick, and denying water and food to the elderly, a human right?

Where are the slogans they brag about?

These countries, which we see as they are now, have become, with their tyranny, fighting against children, the elderly, and the sick.

The participants in the solidarity stand expressed their strong condemnation and denunciation of the systematic destruction and targeting of civilians that the Palestinian territories are witnessing.

Calling on the United Nations to put an end to the repeated violations launched by the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
