The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, agreed to authorize college and institute councils to treat critical cases of students in the final academic stages.

The decision includes students whose graduation for the academic year 2022/2023 depends on (three grades) and the approval of the University Council and the various academic systems.
