College of Agriculture / University of Kerbala addresses a training course which is entitled “Smart Karbala application” by organizing a workshop in presence of a number of researchers and employees.

The workshop aims at highlighting the importance of Smart Karbala application and its role in policy of the college through receiving applications, issuing documents, and plaigarisim.
