The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the second portal for electronic application to universities and private colleges for the academic year 2023/2024.

Application will be made available to interested students through the portal of the Department of Private University Education (www.pe-gate.org), taking into account the need to create a student account, fill out the data, and confirm the options in the electronic form in light of the inputs and conditions for applying for the academic year 2023/2024 for the morning and evening studies.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research calls on its students to scrutinize their choices and find out the tuition fees and minimum limits for application through the student guide published on the Ministry’s official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq) and stresses that it is not allowed to receive tuition fees, insurance, or any other amounts before the appearance of the fees. Accepting the student officially or during the admission and registration period on the electronic system.
