Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites the graduates whose names are on the attached list to come to the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, bringing with them the supporting documents and the certificate evaluation decision (merit and administrative order) within two days to update them in order to send their information to the Federal Public Service Council.
