A research team from College of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala, in cooperation with a researcher from College of Administrative Technology at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, is able to publish a scientific research in “International Journal of E-Business and E-Government Studies.”

The research, is entitled “Strategic Physiognomy and its Impact on Achieving Outstanding Performance,”. It aims at clarifying the impact of strategic physiognomy on achieving outstanding performance within companies.

The research team includes Asst. Prof. Dr. Jinan Mahdi Shaheed, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Amana / College of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Durgham Hassan Al-Abdily/ Administrative Technical College – Al-Furat Al-Awsat University.

The research concludes that there is a significant impact of strategic insight on achieving outstanding performance within companies.
