Department of Biology/ Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Kerbala has organized a training course on how to measure electrocardiogram of lab animals using ECG device, presented by Dr. Batoul Abbas Hussein, Dr. Alaa Hussein Mahdi, and Dr. Heba Alwan Abdel Salam.

The course aims at measuring the pulse rate, electrocardiograms, and accompanying changes using an “ECG” device through how to measure electrical events accompanying the heartbeat.

The course discusses several topics. It deals with how to measure using an ECG device and learning connection methods used after modifying parts of the device to suit size of an animal.
