The Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri, received Lieutenant Colonel Maitham Ali Hussein from the Civil Defense Directorate in Holy Karbala, to discuss raising the level of awareness among students about the importance of being cautious and cautious of the causes of fires and other accidents.

The visit came after the Directorate of Internal Departments at the University of Karbala organized an awareness course on fires and precautionary measures to prevent them, in cooperation with the Directorate of Civil Defense in the governorate.

Al-Yasiri praised the directorate’s efforts to serve the student community and protect the university environment from accidents that could incur significant material and human losses.

The course, which targeted internal department students, focused on how to use fire extinguishers when fires break out, and the possibility of reducing the damage resulting from their outbreak in public and private places.
