The General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities, Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama presents you with sincere greetings and appreciation and I am honored, on my behalf and on behalf of my colleagues, presidents of Arab universities and the family of the General Secretariat of the Union, to extend to your Excellency thanks, congratulations and congratulations for the distinguished success achieved by the work of the fifty-sixth session of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, which was held in the prestigious University of Baghdad, thanks to God then with the continuous work and sincere efforts of all the work crews in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which were carried out under the direct guidance of Your Excellency, we have seen the high level of warm reception, generous hospitality and diligent follow-up of all the details that contributed to the success achieved.

Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama said” I am also pleased to extend my appreciation to you, on behalf of myself and my colleagues in the General Secretariat of the Union, for the valuable initiative you launched regarding the establishment of the Arab Higher Education Zone, we look forward to cooperation and joint coordination with the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the relevant Arab institutions to achieve this initiative”.
