Reducing the minimum limits for applying to some university and private college specializations, and setting November 15 as the deadline for application

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the reduction of the minimum application rates for a number of specializations in private universities and colleges.

The decision includes the following details:

▪️ Reducing the minimum limits for applying to evening studies for engineering specializations to become (minimum 60)

▪️ Reducing the minimum limits for admission to morning and evening studies for the specializations of (engineering, engineering techniques, sciences) in which the current application rates are (61) and rising by (one grade) only.

In this regard, the Department of Private University Education announces that it will maintain a GPA of 60 as the minimum for applying to this group of specializations, and sets the fifteenth of this November, 11/15/2023, as the deadline for application through its electronic portal (www.pe-gate.org) exclusively, and calls for Students should review the student guide to learn about the admission requirements for universities and private colleges and their departments and specializations.
