Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said ” We announce the International Atomic Energy Agency’s approval of Iraq’s membership in the International Network of Nuclear Security Training and Support Centers (NSSC Network)”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi “We express our confidence that Iraq’s accession to the International Network for Nuclear Security Training and Support Centers will be positive at the level of training, developing human resources, providing the necessary technical and scientific support and achieving safety and quality standards in the field of nuclear energy, which serves the goals of sustainable development and will support the private zero nuclear reactor project with scientific research for university students, it will pave the way for establishing the National Center for Nuclear Security.
