His Excellency, 

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We send our congratulations to all our Arab and Islamic peoples on the occasion of the International Day of the Arabic Language, which has a strong historical and existential connection to the Holy Qur’an and carries a great wealth of literature, culture and communication among generations”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “We express our appreciation to the international organizations that responded to the global occasion, especially UNESCO.

His Excellency continued by saying that “We value all efforts seeking to empower people with their authentic cultural identity and ancient languages”.
