His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We congratulate our Iraqi army on its National Day, which embodies a history and a present worthy of representing Iraq, its people and its holy land, which embraced the sacrifices, heroics and victories made by the people of this ancient country in defending their existence, identity and national affiliation”.

 Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “While we applaud all types of army forces on this occasion, we are fully confident that our army, which carries all the extensions of the nation, will remain an impenetrable impenetrable berm to defend Iraq and the future of its children who aspire to a cherished life and a dignified tomorrow”.
