Minister of Education directs a study to increase the admission of distinguished students in universities

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed to study the possible increase in the admission rate of distinguished students in universities.

This came during his chairmanship of a meeting of the advanced staff, where he stressed the support of this segment of students and the fulfillment of their scientific aspirations in university study, directing the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up to study the capabilities and indicators available to increase the admission rate of distinguished students in universities.

The Minister of Education directed all departments and formations to strengthen the mechanisms and procedures that would speed up and facilitate the requests of citizens and auditors, and to develop work channels for electronic reviews through electronic inquiries and the citizen’s e-government system to provide all possible facilities that achieve the required level of interaction between the citizen and the competent institutions.

The meeting reviewed the indicators of work achieved in universities regarding the Bologna track, which will be applied in engineering and science disciplines in all universities, starting from the next academic year. Iraqi universities.
