The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued twenty-five ministerial orders to transfer the services of top graduates appointed in a number of state institutions to its university formations.

This procedure comes based on Article 2 of Law No. 67 of 2017 and the content of the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. 41457 on 7/20/2023 and its annex No. 54555 on 8/24/2023.

In this regard, the Ministry calls on the transferees whose names are indicated below to complete the formal and direct dissolution procedures in the new distribution entities.
