The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the transferring and hosting for the students from 8/1/2022 to 9/29/2022
In addition to some ministerial instructions and directives, the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research launched the electronic form for transferring , students can activate the transfer form through their original colleges to activate the electronic form on the studies and planning portal, which allows the student to apply for no more than (five options), where Successful students from the first stages and the rest of the stages except for the completed stages, as well as cases of transfer due to force majeure, and the transfer of the topers from the first stage on the stage from private colleges to government colleges for morning study, as well as transferring the children of the teaching staff and other reasons that require transportation and hosting
Universities may consider cases received regarding hosting students, regardless of previous hosting cases, according to the conditions announced in the university’s faculties.
